Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via our website www.juve-naturals.com between you, the consumer, and Juve Naturals BV.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Products and Offers

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible; however, slight color variations may occur.
Obvious errors or mistakes in offers are not binding.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on our website.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery

We handle your order with the utmost care and deliver it to the address provided.
Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
If a product is no longer available, we will contact you and refund the full amount within 14 days, unless you agree to an alternative.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email hello@juve-naturals.com, stating your order number.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days after cancellation.
We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method as for the original transaction.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
